What's new in version 1.6? Posted December 17, 2009:
- rvlserver and rvlsyid now work properly if eth0 is not configured for the machine.
- Windows fix: version 1.6b (posted January 7, 2010)... fixes a problem where RVLShowStatusInBrowswer.bat had to be run as an administrator. This is no longer true.
- Version 1.6c, uploaded Jan 25, 2010, to fix some Windows issues. Now the .bat files RVLSetServer.bat, RVLStartServer.bat, RVLKillServer.bat, RVLInstallServer.bat and RVLUninstallServer.bat now work properly when the .bat files are chosen to "Run as administrator" in Windows Vista or Windows 7.

- Adds the ability to set and environment variable RVL_SERVER to specify the floating license server (instead of searching for a settings file on disk) for the program rvlstatus when retrieving floating license status.

What's new in version 1.2.2? Posted November 21, 2008:
- Fixes a bug where the license server reports "Maximum number of threads" reached. After this error is reported, the license that was being checked out is never checked back in (leaving licenses checked out until the license server is restarted). This bug was the consequence of many machines asking for licenses at nearly the same time.
