Version 1.5 | October 7, 2026

  • New Changes since version 1.0.14 :
  • ACES 2.0 support: ACEScct and ACEScc can now be selected as I/O Space, alongside LogC4, LogC3 and Linear.
  • Colour management: In hosts with OpenFX colour management, the plug-in now works with the host's colour pipeline. In Baselight the colour space is handled fully automatically, and the I/O Space control is locked; in other colour-managed hosts you choose the I/O Space and the host converts the clip into it as needed. A warning appears if the clip's colour space does not match.
  • Film Format: New control to simulate the film gauge. Grain, detail and halation scale with the chosen format.
  • Halation Spread: New control for the size of the halation glow, in addition to its intensity.
  • Rendition of Detail: New control to fine-tune the film's rendition of fine detail.
  • Anamorphic Ratio: New control for desqueezed anamorphic footage, so grain, halation and detail keep their natural proportions.
  • Pomfort Livegrade Frontier: The Film Lab colour look can now be baked into a LUT, and images are exchanged directly as Metal textures on macOS.
  • Native support for the latest NVIDIA GPU generations (RTX 40 and RTX 50 series).
  • Diagnostic logging can be switched on when requested by ARRI support.
  • Improved:
  • Simpler interface: Negative Stock, Film Format, Color (Print+Process) and I/O Space are now at the top; all fine-tuning sliders are collected in a single "Tune" group. "Print Process" is now called "Color (Print+Process)".
  • "Grain Size Fine Tune" is now called "Grain Size", with a range of 0.75–1.5 so adjacent film formats no longer overlap.
  • Faster rendering of grain, halation and detail, with less GPU overhead per frame.
  • Closer match to the ARRI reference look for grain, halation and detail, especially for 8mm and 16mm at high resolutions. Projects created with
  • 1.0.x may therefore render slightly differently.
  • Easier licensing:
  • The activation app (ArriActivate) no longer blocks the host and opens in front.
  • The license button now shows the activation status. After closing ArriActivate, press the license button once more to update the license display.
  • The license and the floating license server are now set up once per machine and apply to all users, without administrator rights after installation.
  • Note when updating you may have to activate the license or enter the floating license server once more.
  • Fixed:
  • Halation of the 500T negative stock had the wrong colour spread.
  • Halation spread now scales correctly with the film format.
  • Square-looking halation halo at high spread settings.
  • Black or blue spots in highlights at high grain intensity.
  • Clipping in the blacks when Grain Intensity was set below default.
  • Detail below black is now preserved in the colour conversion.
  • ACEScc output was slightly compressed; ACES output could lift blacks and clip highlights.
  • Crash when changing parameters in some hosts.
  • Improved compatibility with Linux hosts.
  • Flame on Mac fixed a memory leak in 26.3 and 27 on
