Version 3.1.6 | January 23, 2017

  • Fixes a crashing bug. (Developer note: in premult/straight conversions)

Version 3.1.5 | December 19, 2016

  • Fixed a bug where turning on GPU resulted in green frames on Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra) on some Mac models (mainly laptops).

Version 3.1.4 | October 7, 2016

  • Added an update checker for future version updating. The update check runs on the local machine, and must be manually run.

Version 3.1.3 | June 15, 2016

  • Fixes a bug where a green frame was not produced when the GPU was NOT supported.

Version 3.1.2 | June 1, 2016

  • Fixes GPU memory leak found (eventually producing green frames)
  • Fixes occasional crashing some users experienced.

Version 3.1.1 | September 29, 2015

  • Fixes a crashing bug in Premiere Pro.
  • Fixes a bug that Premiere Pro 9.0.2 introduced when processing floating point images. The only solution is that DE:Noise now works only in 8 bits per channel within 9.0.2. This does not affect other versions of Premiere Pro.
  • Premiere Pro users will now see utilization of two or more GPUs at the same time, provided they are the fastest GPU on the machine, and are of the exact same type.
  • Premiere Pro users will no longer the GPU to be supported by Premiere Pro in order to utilize GPU acceleration.

Version 3.1 | September 18, 2015

  • Fixes a bug that Premiere Pro 9.0.2 introduced when processing floating point images. The only solution is that DE:Noise now works only in 8 bits per channel within 9.0.2. This does not affect other versions of Premiere Pro.

  • Premiere Pro users will no longer the GPU to be supported by Premiere Pro in order to utilize GPU acceleration.

Version 3.0.2 | March 30, 2015

  • Fixes a bug where GPU acceleration did not properly work in Premiere Pro

Version 3.0.1 | January 22, 2015

  • 3.0 Adds GPU support
  • 3.0 Adds two new spatial filtering modes
  • 3.0.1 more efficient GPU memory resource use

Version 3.0 | January 12, 2015

  • Adds GPU support
  • Adds two new spatial filtering modes

Version 2.3 | July 23, 2014

  • Adds cross OS support with a single registration key.
  • Fixes a bug when in Premiere where providing alternate source clip did not get the proper frames.

Version 2.2.3 | June 3, 2014

  • Fixes a crashing bug in DE:Noise Frame Average when using Premiere Pro.

Version 2.2.2 | February 9, 2014

  • Fixes a crashing bug in AE
  • Fixes color issues in Quantel's eQ products (via Synapse by VDS)
  • Fixes a memory leak

Version 2.2 | January 27, 2014

  • Fixes a problem in Premiere Pro where images could be upside down, or all black or garbage
  • Adds a new Temporal Threshold Mode in DE:Noise and made it the default. This should result in fewer artefacts out of the gate. People loading old projects made with DE:Noise pre 2.2 might see a small difference, this menu can be changed to revert to the original look if needed.
  • Floating point processing now supported in Premiere Pro for DE:Noise (but not DE:Noise Frame Avg)

Version 2.1.2b | June 17, 2013

  • Adds installer support for Adobe CC.

Version 2.1.2 | November 16, 2012

  • Fixed a bug where DE:Noise Frame Average repeated the first two frames within AE CS6.

Version 2.1.1 | September 13, 2012

  • Fixed a bug where DE:Noise Frame Average always worked in demo mode in After Effects CS6.

Version 2.1 | May 3, 2012

  • Added changes necessary to work in Adobe CS6 applications
  • Added a new Salt and Pepper noise suppression option

Version 2.0.2 | April 21, 2011

  • Fixes a bug where DE:Noise can crash.
  • Adds installer support for Adobe CS5.5 products.

Version 2.0.1 | July 9, 2010

  • Adds floating license capability for DE:Noise or Effections floating license purchases.

Version 2.0 | May 11, 2010

  • Added support for 64b for After Effects and Premiere CS5.
  • Significant speed enhancements.
  • Better quality and precision in the Temporal Processing modes, without sacrificing speed.
  • Due to a bug in Premiere Pro CS4: added an optional Set Color Src menu to deal with cases when the source and the output are not the same size (without having to create a subsequence).
  • Added an ALT Track Source so a different source then the current one can be used to track motion.
  • Better error handling within Premiere.
  • Change the Temporal Processing menu labels to better reflect the underlying process.
  • Within After Effects CS5, there is now better caching behavior when animating any of the plugin's parameters. Only the frames that need to be rerendered are removed from the cache, instead of all the previously rendered frames.

Version 1.1.5 | August 27, 2009

  • Fixed a problem where DE:Noise Frame Average did not always work properly on images with transparent areas.

Version 1.1.4 | July 6, 2009

  • Fixed a bug where Premiere Pro would hang or crash.

Version 1.1.3 | April 27, 2009

  • Fixed a bug where the image turns transparent when turning on the preprocessing controls.

  • Fixed a crashing bug when using the "Spatial Noise Reduction" setting of "Blur biased toward darks"

  • Fixed some issues with non-full alpha layers with some spatial blurs (layers with non full alpha will now take a bit longer to process but will now render correctly)
  • Fixed a bug when using 16-bpc image sequences (This bug did not affect users of After Effects 7 and up)

Version 1.0.2 | August 15, 2007

  • Fixed a bug where DE:Noise sometimes inappropriately created black pixels at the edges of the image

Version 1.0 | August 1, 2007
