Converts RAW motion vectors
Some renderer (e.g. Blender and OTOY) don't support our Motion Vectors format. To use our plugins like RSMB Pro +Vectors you need to process the Motion Vectors with this tool.
Requires 32b processing
As RAW Motion vectors unlike our format (normalized 0 to 1 + Max Displace value) have over-range values, this will do nothing in an 8 or 16bit context.

If you have RSMB Pro V6, Twixtor Pro V8, RE:Map V4 or Video Gogh V4 (or Effections Plus) - the plugin will automatically be licensed.
